Housing Standards Board

The City Council is looking for five citizens within the community that would be willing to serve on a newly created Housing Standards Board for the City. This board would have the duties of reviewing complaints and holding hearings to make determinations on dilapidated structures and assessing what needs to be done to either bring them into compliance or have them torn down and removed. Each Council Member has been tasked with making an appointment to this board so if you are interested, contact your Council Member.
