THE PRAGUE PUBLIC WORKS AUTHORITY WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION AT THE PRAGUE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AT 820 N JIM THORPE BLVD., PRAGUE, OKLAHOMA, ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2020 AT 6:30 P.M. City council member, JR Duvall, will be attending the Prague City Council Meeting on 10/26/20 via teleconference from 1403 N Jim Thorpe Blvd, Prague, OK, 74864. All other City Council members will be in in-person attendance.

- CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF A QUORUM
- Discussion, consideration, and possible action regarding authorization for the City Attorney and City Manager to negotiate and execute the final purchase and sale agreements for the Prague Community Hospital and other required instruments between Transcendental Union with Love and Spiritual Advancement, an Oklahoma Not for Profit Corporation and the Prague Healthcare Authority to be subject to ratification at a later date, and authorization for the city attorney and city manager to make expenditures associated with the Letter of Intent entered into by the above mentioned entities and expenditures associated with acquisition of the related assets.
